The Apple Karma Train Leaves The Station

I am a fan of Apple when they hit their high notes (beautiful design aesthetics, fluid UI, etc) but this whole media storm they are currently experiencing seems to have been a long time coming. While the iPhone issue is the catalyst, people are clearly working through some other things on their list. The antenna problem is merely a convenient jumping off point. Now let’s see what the reality distortion field can send our way tomorrow at the press conference. Based on the past two weeks it could go either way. That’s not something I would have said even a month ago so that is interesting. As for me, I am considering a Droid X or Samsung Fascinate because the Android philosophy trumps the current Apple paternalism.
